If a student needs to get access to the Canvas system, the procedure is the same as with D2L:
First initial of first and last name, and then their SWOSU ID number.
If student does not know password, their is an option on the main Canvas page to reset the password and have new password setup link set to their student e-mail.

Another wrinkle, in order to download PPTs students need to use IE, Mozilla has issues it seems.
