IM Marketing

Whenever you engage with a patron at the desk, be sure to mention our new IM service. It's an easy way to get the word out and sell the service. Show them the link and tout its ease of use. We want students to use this new service, but they only will if we let them know its here.

Thanks

Frederic

Nursing Students Assignment

OPAC Clarity

Our Webvoyage Catalog has new language: If a book is on the shelf it is now "Available" as opposed to being "Not Charged". If a book is checked out it is now "Checked Out" in lieu of "Charged".

Available and Checked Out: George Orwell would be most pleased.

thanks Jon
